DTLA EVENT SPACE RENTAL
In DTLA's Fashion District
Centrally located 1 mile from Los Angeles Convention Center, major hotels, and downtown Arts and Historical Districts; easily accessible from several freeways.
We ask for a signed contract and 50% deposit to place a firm hold on your preferred event date.
We include (12) hours of venue use in our rental fee, and offer the option of additional time billed at an hourly rate.
Any amplified sound can go as late as 2:00am but the event manager on site has final authority over the audio volume.
We offer valet parking on either side of our venue, as well as self-park lots within 1-2 blocks of the venue. Lyft and Uber drop-offs are also very convenient.
We are happy to assist with any parking quotes during the inquiry process.
Vox Productions is our preferred partner for all A/V and production needs.
We are happy to make recommendations for all other vendor needs based on long-term, successful relationships we have established, but you are also welcome to work with your preferred vendors. Please note, we require ALL vendors to provide us with a COI in compliance with our terms and conditions.
We ask for the following information no later than 4 weeks prior to your event:
- Comprehensive vendor list with contact information
- COIs for all vendors listed
- Comprehensive timeline to include load-in, load-out, and your run of show.
